GENERAL TERMS
● I reserve the right to decline commissions I am uncomfortable with or unable to do.
● This includes, but are not limited to: Mecha, Gore, or Any Offensive and Discriminatory Content.
● Artwork is digital only and will be created in my personal style.
● Requests to imitate other styles will not be accepted.
● Communication will be handled via email or Discord.PAYMENT
● Full payment must be made upfront before I begin working on the commission.
● Payments are processed via Wise or GCash only.
● Commission prices may vary depending on complexity.
● A 50% fee of the base price will be charged for each additional character (maximum of 2 characters per commission).REFUNDS
● All commissions are non-refundable once work has begun.
● Cancellation is only allowed before payment.
● A full refund will only be issued if I am unable to provide progress within a month of payment.USAGE & COPYRIGHT
● Listed prices are for personal, non-commercial use only.
● You cannot use the commissioned work for commercial purposes.
● Personal use include: profile pictures, banners, or printing for personal/gift use.
● Credit is appreciated when posting: Twitter & Bluesky: @marukeki, Instagram & Tumblr: @amaaruu.
● You cannot use the artwork for NFTs or AI training/generation, or resell and profit from the artwork.
● I retain full rights to the artwork and may use it for portfolio or promotional purposes.REVISIONS
● Up to 2 major revisions are allowed during the sketch and rough coloring stage.
● Major revisions include: pose or composition changes, and large color palette changes.
● After approval of the main sketch, only minor edits are allowed.
● Any additional or late-stage major revisions will incur a 25–50% fee, depending on complexity.
● Changes that deviate significantly from the agreed concept are considered major revisions.
● Skeb-style commissions only allow minor and mistake fixes (ex. color corrections).DEADLINES & DELIVERY
● Commissions are typically completed within 3 weeks to 1 month after I begin working.
● Exact start and delivery timelines will be discussed in the proposal.
● Files will be delivered through a Google Drive in PNG; these will be deleted once downloaded.
● I do not accept rush commissions, so please plan ahead.
● If delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified with an updated timeline.
● Progress timeline will also be shared via email, Discord, and/or Trello.
